A great opportunity has arisen in our MELBOURNE network for a Trade Account Manager. Reporting to the Group Trade Manager, this position is Melbourne-based working across our TAIT Home Timber & hardware brand.
You will have previous external sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity. Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI’s whilst adding real value to our trade customers.
The key areas of accountability include:
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:
- A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making
- A comprehensive understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience in Timber, Plumbing and Building materials
- Previous experience in a similar sales role
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential
- A sound business acumen with the ability to understand relevant financials
- Architectural Hardwood experience
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target driven environment.
