In this Role:
As our Commercial Finance Manager – Total Tools, you’ll be a trusted commercial partner to both corporate and joint venture stores, offering financial insight, strategic foresight, and commercial acumen that drives real outcomes.
From building budgets and forecasting store performance, to helping optimize inventory and identifying growth opportunities — you'll be at the financial core of a high-growth, purpose-driven business.
You’re Likely a Match If:
- Deliver actionable insights that boost profitability and growth across the network
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Monitor store performance, flag risks, and drive mitigation strategies
- Support JV and corporate stores with financial advice, reporting and business case development
- Partner closely with Commercial and Retail leaders to enable high-impact decision making
- Continuously improve reporting, financial systems, and planning processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulations
- Help shape the commercial finance strategy to align with broader business goals
What You’ll Bring
- A strategic, commercially minded finance background (ideally CA/CPA qualified)
- Advanced financial analysis skills, with the ability to translate numbers into narratives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders
- Solid experience in forecasting, reporting, and working capital management
- A flair for turning complexity into clarity — and driving continuous improvement
- Retail, FMCG or multi-site experience is highly desirable
