About the opportunity

Ever wondered what happens when a product won't scan, a store can't place an order, or pricing doesn't flow through correctly? That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Retail Systems Support to join our Merchandise team at Total Tools. You'll help keep our stores running smoothly by supporting product data, troubleshooting system issues and resolving challenges across pricing, ordering and EDI.

This is a role where you'll work closely with stores, suppliers and internal teams, using tools like SQL and Excel to investigate issues, improve processes and support day-to-day retail operations.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office across both our Heatherton and Port Melbourne locations.

What you'll be doing

• Investigate issues affecting ordering, POS scanning, pricing and EDI transactions.
• Use SQL, Excel and VBA tools to analyse data, automate reporting and provide insights to business stakeholders.
• Support EDI implementation, testing, onboarding and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain product, supplier and pricing information in Pronto ERP.
• Perform data validation, audits and analysis to identify errors, improve processes and maintain data integrity.
• Build strong relationships with stores, suppliers and internal teams.

You're Likely a Match If You Have

• Experience supporting retail, ERP or business systems (Pronto is an advantage)
• Strong Excel skills (VBA/Macros) and confidence working with data.
• Exposure to SQL, reporting or data validation.
• A knack for troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of problems.
• Great attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders.
