About the Role

In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily business operations through efficient administration, coordination and communication. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure processes are streamlined and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• General administrative support across the business

• Data entry and system management

• Coordinating communications and documentation

• Supporting reporting and record keeping

• Assisting with accounts administration (AP/AR support as required)

• Maintaining organised and accurate filing systems

About You

• Previous experience in an administration role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

• A proactive, team-focused attitude
