About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as an Administration Manager for our Campbells Branch in Alice Springs. The Administration Manager is a key position within the Branch Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the Branch financials and ensure they are closely monitored, are within the set budget and are reported correctly and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for processing Customer payments & reconciliation of customer accounts, answer account queries, debtor reporting, new accounts, general account maintenance, customer rebates & credit note finalisation.
In this Role
- Responsible for Branch Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Ensure all end of week & end of month financial reports are completed and reported on time.
- Ensure the weekly Admin & Sales payroll hours are correctly entered into KRONOS & all A/L, Sick leave & LSL forms are completed and submitted to payroll.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.
- Visible Leadership – demonstrate positive leadership, ‘can do’ attitude to the team.
- OH&S & HACCP Compliance
You’re Likely a Match If
- Experience in a similar role - FMCG background would be beneficial
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills
- Computing skills (proficient in Excel, spreadsheets, data bases using Microsoft Word & Power BI)
