About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Procurement & Marketing Officer to join our Auckland team on a permanent, full-time basis. This exciting hybrid role supports both procurement and trade marketing functions across the business and plays a key part in driving efficiency, accuracy, and strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

You’ll be working closely with our National Trading Manager and internal teams to help manage inventory, purchase orders, supplier relationships, and support the delivery of impactful trade marketing campaigns.

In this Role

• Manage inventory and stock ordering to maintain optimal levels across the business.
• Oversee purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data within internal systems.
• Prepare and analyse stock reports to support planning and decision-making.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding aged stock, close-dated items, and procurement queries.
• Provide internal teams with timely updates on stock and procurement activities.
• Coordinate trade  marketing submissions and promotional materials to meet campaign deadlines.
• Work closely with our graphic designer to produce accurate, on-brand marketing collateral.

You’re Likely a Match If

• Brings experience in procurement or stock management—bonus if it’s within liquor or wholesale.
• Confident using Excel and tech-savvy with strong general computer skills.
• Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for smooth, efficient processes.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Thrives in cross-functional environments, working collaboratively with marketing and trading teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and always ready to take initiative.
• Eager to learn—experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not a must (training provided).
