What you’ll be doing

• Leading, coaching and developing a diverse, multi-skilled team

• Creating an engaging, safe and customer-first store environment

• Managing daily operations, merchandising and stock flow

• Driving sales performance and store standards

• Building strong relationships with trade and DIY customers

• Working closely with the leadership team to deliver business goals

What we’re looking for

• A practical, hands-on leader who leads by example

• Strong people leadership and development skills

• Experience in hardware, trade, or big-box retail (highly desirable)

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities

• A focus on customer service excellence

• Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, hard-working team
