We are looking to hire a claims administrator for our Canningvale site to support our Liquor Pillar. This role requires you to work a full day on Fridays, with flexibility for other days (30 hours per week)

 

In this role:
•    Answering phone calls and managing inquiries
•    Performing data entry and updating systems (Salesforce, PE, Dallas)
•    Handling general administrative tasks, including some auxiliary inventory duties
•    Follow the claims process as outlined in the Claims Process Training Manual 
•    Maintain Integrity of Data Base Entry 
•    Key in Pick Up Advice 
•    Key In Stock Adjustments 
•    Willingness to perform manual handling of stock returns and operate an electric pallet jack.

 

You are likely a match if you have:
•    High level of Customer Service & phone manner
•    Knowledge around Electric Pallet Jack & manual handling practises 
•    Intermediate computer skills 
•    Ability to stack/carry cartons of stock
•    Previous experience with Salesforce and PE is desirable, but not essential
