About the Opportunity

We’re looking for multiple Warehouse Trainers – Picking & Packing to join our National Logistics Training team. This newly created role is all about delivering hands-on training for warehouse team members, starting with picking and packing, and expanding across other operational areas in the future. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, coaching and helping create a safe, high-performing and engaged warehouse team

In this Role You Will

• Deliver practical, on-the-job training in picking, packing, safety and equipment use
• Maintain and update training materials, SOPs and competency checklists
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve accuracy, speed and safety
• Support onboarding of new starters across operational areas
• Promote best practices in manual handling and warehouse safety
• Collaborate with senior trainers and leaders to identify training needs
• Assist with further coaching or operational support when required
• Contribute to cultural development and team engagement within the warehouse

You’re Likely a Match If You Have

• Recent warehouse experience in Picking and Packing (min. 3 months)
• Ability to competently operate an EPJ (Electronic Pallet Jack)
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to coach others
• Previous experience in training or coaching (any field)
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for developing people
• Intermediate English literacy and numeracy skills
• Flexibility to work 5 days per week (minimum 30 hours)
• (Desirable) Experience with Vocollect/Voice Pick, a second language, or technical training
