What You’ll Be Doing (A.K.A. Your Greatest Hits):

  • Create slick and accurate inwards goods processes – receipting, checking, labelling, and slotting like a pro
  • Tackle negative stock, damaged goods, and obsolete lines before they become headaches
  • Lead cycle counts and stocktakes across all sites – clipboard optional, accuracy essential
  • Own the stock journaling process – find the cause, fix the issue, and cut shrinkage
  • Review and act on daily stock reports like a stock-savvy detective
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to clear aged or excess inventory (decluttering is your superpower)
  • Partner with Purchasing to refine stock profiles – no more “why did we order 500 of these?” moments
  • Maintain clean, correct product data in our Warehouse Management & Operating Systems
  • Keep labelling systems up to scratch – no product left unlabelled!
  • Be ready for anything else thrown your way – because flexibility is your middle name

What You Bring to the Shelves:

  • Solid inventory or purchasing experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Top-tier time management skills – your calendar is your command center
  • The ability to lead, influence, and get people on board with process improvements
  • A sharp eye for detail, an instinct for solving problems, and the initiative to act
  • Clear and confident communication skills, written and spoken
  • Comfortable working independently – but you’re also a team player when it counts

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You'll make a real impact on warehouse performance and product availability
