About the role

Finlaysons is seeking casual Team Members (Frames) in our Frame and Truss plant in Zillmere, Queensland.

This is a good opportunity to join our manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing top-quality building components that support the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the assembly and manufacture of timber frames to meet precise specifications
2. Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner
3. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
4. Ensure a high standard of workmanship and quality control throughout the production process
5. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role, preferably in frame and truss production
2. A valid Forklift licence (essential)
3. Ability to work a roster between Monday and Friday
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
6. Familiarity with power tools and production equipment
7. Good problem-solving and communication skills
8. A safety-focused mindset and willingness to comply with all WHS requirements
