About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service professional to further their career with a successful FMCG company who supports the growth of the independent retailer. This role will work within the Supermarket space where you will be a central point of contact for internal and external customers providing quick support and complaint resolution services that exceed expectations. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced role and flexible to work on a roster basis from 7 am to 7pm Monday to Friday and public holidays if required. Working with a dynamic and diverse team you will thrive in a volume customer driven environment that requires excellent time management skills. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure within required timeframe
  • Answer all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry, covering orders, claims, customer records and information
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution
  • Work on new initiatives as required by the Customer Service Team leader

 

What you’ll bring
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Call Centre Customer Service environment preferably in a distribution/FMCG environment
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    A strong ability to analyse information and solve problems
•    Strong organisation/time management skills and attention to detail
•    An ability to follow all organisational policies and procedures
•    Knowledge of MS Office applications at an intermediate level.
