We currently have an excellent opportunity for Customer Service professionals to further their career with a successful FMCG company who supports the growth of the independent retailer.

 

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Team Members to work the following days/times

  • Saturday (work from home once fully trained) plus any other two days in the office
  • Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 9am to 2pm
  • Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 3pm to 7pm

 

The purpose of this role is to increase external and internal customer satisfaction by being a central point of contact in providing services, information and complaint resolution efficiently, accurately responsive service covering, enquiries, issues, claims and orders within designated SLA’s. 

 

This role also manages claim investigation and areas of concern raised by Retailers

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • High levels of claims administration
  • Order entry
  • Proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure within required timeframe
  • Investing the necessary level of involvement required for each claim depending on the category, type and quantum of the claim.
  • Answer all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, covering orders, claims, customer records and information
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution
  • Work on new initiatives as required by the Customer Service Team leader

 

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Experience in a Call Centre Customer Service environment preferably in a distribution/FMCG environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to analyse information and solve problems
  • Great organisation/time management skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications at an intermediate level
  • Ability to be flexible with hours
