About the Opportunity

As the Process Optimisation Manager, you will lead the harmonisation and optimisation of sales processes, systems, and workflows as we integrate as one Food Service & Convenience business. This role is responsible for analysing current-state processes across both organisations, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and designing a scalable, efficient, and standardised sales operating framework.

In this Role

  • You will conduct a full audit of existing sales processes, systems and workflows within our Field Sales function of the FS&C business
  • Design and implement a unified end-to-end sales process (lead generation through to post-sale handover)
  • Evaluate existing CRM and sales tools across both businesses
  • Lead process mapping and system requirement definition
  • Develop and execute a structured change management plan
  • Define KPIs to measure process efficiency and sales effectiveness
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure process alignment with targets

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Management, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
  • You have proven experience in process optimisation, sales operations, or business transformation
  • Experience in leading and delivering projects across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience integrating or consolidating business units
  • Strong CRM and sales systems knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Process mapping and workflow design expertise
  • Experience managing change within commercial teams
