About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as an Retail Coordinator who is ultimately responsible for the construction, administration, communication/customer liaison, promotional activity builds and review of artwork for liquor retail banners within QLD.

In this Role

• Development and construction of retail promotions and programs for IBA retail brands.
• Building of artwork briefs, proofing of advertising material.
• Meeting the promotional and print deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines.
• Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the retail network.
• Management and upkeep of all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions Team and relevant admin duties.
• Support the NSW team to achieve their weekly, monthly and yearly goals by being available and willing to help.

You’re Likely a Match If

• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise & manage workloads to achieve deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint programs
