National Customer Service Administrator

We have an exciting NEW opportunity to join our National Customer Service Team as a National Customer Service Administrator based in Crestmead.

 

A key part of this role is to provide high level admin support to the National Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Managers. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Run scheduled reports (Salesforce, Power Enterprise, Report 2 Web, customer sales data, rankings etc.)
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Create and execute mail merges
  • Attend key meetings and take minutes
  • Assist with document control and updating procedures
  • Support with corporate credit card reconciliation and travel requirements

 

 

 

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and intermediate-advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of Sales Force (CRM Systems)
  • Previous experience in generating sales reports is a must
  • Exceptional level of discretion, professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Time Management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise
  • High attention to detail with great verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset
