About the Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Outbound Supervisor to join our team in Eagle Farm on a full-time permanent basis. This is a highly hands-on role where you will work alongside the warehouse team to ensure stock is received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently and safely. You'll be actively involved in daily warehouse activities, from loading and unloading vehicles to picking orders and maintaining inventory accuracy. In this Role

• Support daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and team productivity.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet service expectations.
• Receive incoming stock, complete goods receipting processes, and put stock away correctly.
• Assist with loading and unloading, particularly during busy morning operations.
• Process invoices and stock movements using the Pronto system.
• Support a team of warehouse team members and drivers.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in an Outbound, warehouse supervisor, or team leader role.
• A current Forklift license and a valid manual driver’s license are essential for this role: an MR license will be highly regarded
• Experience within foodservice, food distribution, or FMCG environments, including dry, chiller, and/or freezer operations.
• Computer skills with experience using warehouse management systems;
• A friendly, can-do attitude with the ability to lead by example and be a genuine team player.
• Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work a 3:00am start Monday to Friday with occasional extended shifts when required.
