About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Fyshwick, Canberra. This is a full-time permanent role responsible for the day-to-day performance of operations, people, and systems, delivering premium customer service through strong DIFOT, productivity, safety, and compliance outcomes.
In this Role
- Leading warehouse teams across shifts to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment
- Managing end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, replenishment, picking, inventory control and dispatch
- Driving productivity and cost control aligned to budgets and KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, and WHS/OH&S requirements
- Managing rostering, payroll accuracy, equipment maintenance, and site housekeeping
- Preparing operational and KPI reports and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Building and developing high-performing, engaged teams
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years’ warehouse/operations management experience (FMCG, food service or similar)
- Strong people leadership and operational decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of HACCP and WHS/OH&S compliance
- Confident with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
- Detail-focused, customer-driven, and passionate about performance and safety
