About the Opportunity
Reporting to the IBA Sales Manager SA/NT, this role is pivotal in driving executional excellence across the IBA store network in South Australia. You will work closely with the IBA State team to deliver results, implement long-term strategies, and support retailer development initiatives, including online store and loyalty programs. This a full-time, permanent opportunity.
In this Role
- Manage a defined territory and maintain strong retailer relationships.
- Conduct regular Retail Business Reviews and maintain a structured visitation plan.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Identify re-banner opportunities within the SA market.
- Induct new venues and provide ongoing training for online store and loyalty programs.
- Oversee retail execution and conduct key retail audits.
You’re Likely a Match If
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role; liquor industry experience preferred.
- Understanding of database management, digital protocols, and retail POS systems
- Results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
