In this role you will provide the South Australia Logistics Function with the best administration support to enable them to be an effective, efficient and customer focussed team.  


What you’ll do

  • Ensure that the Payroll requirements for the site (approx. 300 staff) are completed efficiently 
  • Control the management of the Pallet and Crate inventory including stock take management
  • Effectively manage the non-trade procurement, Freight Invoicing and expenses
  • Ensure all customer claims investigation, lodging, closure and support to the National Customer Service team are met 
  • Oversee performance of and provide support to 4 TEC Logistics Admin Support team members

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems and financial processes
  • Extensive administrative background
