About the Opportunity

The Member Services role sits within IBA and is focused on coordinating retail promotions, catalogue activity, and member communications across the SA/NT network. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of promotional programs, while managing timelines, artwork briefs, and administration. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a large organisation, gaining exposure across commercial, marketing, and operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the Gepps Cross office, offering a hybrid setup with 1-2 days working from home.

In this Role

• Development and construction of retail promotions and programs for IBA retail brands.   
• Support with the development and execution of Thirsty Camel State Catalogue, POS & Marketing activity in conjunction with the wider IBA State & National teams.     
• Coordinate IBA Member and Committee meetings as required   
• Meeting the promotional and print deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines.  
• Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to the IBA programs.  
• Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the State Operations team and our retail members  
• Management and upkeep of all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions

You’re Likely a Match If

• Previous experience in an administrative/client facing role essential
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint programs   
• High level of attention to detail
