About the Opportunity

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about process integrity? We’re looking for a State Pallet Controller to oversee pallet management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across operations.

As a key member of the National Pallet Control Team, you’ll be the go-to expert for pallet processes in your state - driving best practices, supporting teams, and ensuring seamless operations.

 

In this Role

  • Ensure accurate pallet transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor compliance with national pallet management standards
  • Conduct audits, stocktakes, and process reviews for data integrity
  • Train and support teams on pallet control procedures
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations teams and trading partners to drive efficiency

 

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in pallet control systems and reporting tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or equipment control (pallet management experience is a plus)
