As Head of Digital & Loyalty Enablement, you’ll sit at the centre of our digital ecosystem — ensuring our websites, mobile apps, loyalty and marketing technology platforms are delivered securely, reliably and at pace. In this Role

  • Lead the delivery, stability and performance of customer-facing digital platforms, including Mitre10.com.au, TotalTools.com.au, mobile apps and digital experiences.
  • Embed strong governance, release management and DevOps practices that balance speed, quality and operational stability.
  • Strengthen cyber security, compliance, incident response and platform resilience through disciplined release, patching and monitoring processes.
  • Accelerate time-to-market by removing delivery bottlenecks and enabling automation, standardised environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Unify digital execution across brands through shared tooling, consistent deployment practices and scalable delivery models.
  • Act as the technology delivery partner to Marketing, leading loyalty and marketing technology integration while aligning vendors and enterprise IT ways of working.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Deep experience delivering and enabling digital platforms at scale across websites, e-commerce, mobile and marketing technology.
  • Strong grasp of agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release governance and vendor management.
  • Sound understanding of cyber security, compliance and operational resilience in customer-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to embed disciplined delivery practices while maintaining speed and commercial focus.
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders across Marketing, IT and the business to turn strategy into execution.
  • A pragmatic, risk-aware mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they impact customers.
