We're seeking a visionary leader to architect the next generation of TTHG’s (Total Tools Hardware Group) national store footprint—balancing long-term spatial intelligence with near-term optimisation wins.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing data-driven strategies using ArcGIS/QGIS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau or Power BI to deliver business-ready insight.
- Turning complex analytical findings into clear, compelling executive perspectives.
- Identifying growth corridors, constructing business cases, and prioritising execution plans.
- Managing optimisation frameworks, dashboards, and toolkits that enable teams to make smarter daily decisions.
- Fostering collaboration with cross-functional partners—state teams, senior leaders, agencies—to turn strategy into scale.
What You Bring
- A successful track record in retail or FMCG network strategy, space planning, or optimisation.
- Technical chops in spatial platforms, predictive modelling, data science languages, and ERP systems.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement—translating insights to executives, managing expectations, and championing change.
- A mindset geared to transformation—supporting change, managing major projects, and delivering results.
