About the opportunity
Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you love creating engaging training experiences that empower teams to thrive? If so, we want YOU to be part of our dynamic team! As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering innovative learning solutions that drive success for our team members across IHG and Total Tools businesses. You will share your time between Heatherton and Port Melbourne on a 12month Fix Term.
Let’s Talk About you
- Master of the LMS – Ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) runs smoothly, providing seamless support to stores and offices. You'll keep everything on track and make sure it meets stakeholder needs!
- Design and Deliver – Create and deliver amazing learning materials in eLearning, Face-to-Face (F2F), and virtual formats to match strategic objectives and business goals.
- Training & Development – Assist in building the annual training plan, develop new content, and review existing materials to keep everything fresh and up to date.
- Collaborate Like a Pro – Work closely with subject matter experts, both internal and external, to gather insights, develop training content, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Reports and Metrics – Provide timely, detailed learning reports to stakeholders to track progress and ensure goals are being met.
You’re Likely a Match If You have
Learning & Development Expert – Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs across various formats (eLearning, workshops, webinars).
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, with experience in administering an LMS (e.g., Docebo).
Creative Problem Solver – You have the ability to think critically and help resolve issues by providing guidance and direction when needed.
Strong Communicator – With excellent verbal and written skills, you’ll effortlessly liaise with stakeholders at all levels to deliver the best learning solutions.
Super Organized – Your planning and organizational skills are top-notch. You manage multiple tasks with precision, always keeping the big picture in mind.
