About the Opportunity

We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator (12 months Fix-term Contract) to support and coordinate the planning, administration, delivery, ongoing improvement, and successful growth of IHG’s Loyalty program and also support the administration and successful delivery of IHG’s loyalty marketing program and initiatives – across disciplines including but not limited to digital, email and sms marketing.

In this Role

 

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to grow, promote and enhance IHG’s Loyalty program, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee the loyalty and digital communications with team, state offices and stores, to deliver maximum engagement and increase both online and in-store sales
  • Assist the loyalty team to coordinate, build and execute promotional email and SMS communications and tactics through the administration and ‘hands on’ delivery via internal communications platforms within set timeframes with highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to attain all content and information to produce communications.
  • Development of marketing materials to support loyalty programs
  • Support the gathering and presentation of key insights, to stores and business to help make better business decisions, including producing and updating regular campaign, monthly and ad hoc reporting as requested by Loyalty Manager.
  • Support new stores onboarding onto loyalty and manage end to end experience with key stakeholders and ensure stores are onboarded within agreed timelines
  • Work with the wider Digital, Brand, Merchandise & Promotions teams, as required, to contribute to the success of key digital marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Provide various administrative support to loyalty team and key stakeholder as required in execution of loyalty operations and optimising marketing processes and systems, wherever required 
  • Be the primary contact and collaborate with the Customer Service team with all training requirements and assist with customer queries and escalations.

 

You’re Likely a Match If

Recent graduate in Digital Marketing related discipline, and/or experience with some of the below:

  • Experience in Loyalty and/or CRM programs, tools and techniques
  • Experience in planning and implementing digital communications
  • Experience in managing social media presence
  • Experience with website CMS or eCommerce platforms
  • Experience with reporting tools and analysing databases (preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with one or more Email marketing platforms
  • Ability to liaise cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
