About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the development and delivery of engaging, on-brand marketing communications that connect with our customers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing our print and digital catalogue program  from concept to delivery. Working closely with the Campaign Manager, internal teams, and external partners, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the coordination and execution of the catalogue program across print and digital channels.
  • Take ownership of the creative direction and visual identity of catalogue campaigns, working in partnership with the Campaign Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (studio, merchandise, promotions) and external suppliers to deliver best-in-class retail campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all marketing deliverables including catalogues, POS, and ticketing.
  • Manage member communications and associated admin to support business needs.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and provide support across the wider team when needed.
  • Maintain and manage the campaign critical path to keep projects on track.

 

You’re Likely a Match If

You’re a strong communicator, confident working with stakeholders at all levels, and skilled at juggling multiple projects in a dynamic environment. You take pride in the details and understand the impact of well-executed retail marketing.

  • 3–6 years’ experience in a similar marketing or coordination role.
  • Experience producing retail marketing collateral (print and digital).
  • High attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with catalogue platforms (e.g., Automaton) and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
