We’re Looking for a People and Culture Partner Extraordinaire!

This role is about partnering with our leaders, supporting our teams, and delivering on key people initiatives that align with our business priorities. You’ll be at the heart of shaping our culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategy Development: Work with key business leaders including the IHG Executive team to design workforce solutions including organizational design, labour management, and drive initiatives that align with our commercial goals.
  • Culture and Engagement: Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and has a voice. Collaborate on designing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs and help foster a culture of continuous improvement through engagement surveys helping to drive a ‘People First’ culture.
  • Change Management: Lead people through major changes, making sure they’re supported, informed, and ready to thrive in our evolving environment. Help ensure the organization has the right structure and capabilities to meet business goals.
  • Talent Management and Succession: Work with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent. Help ensure the right people are in the right roles and build a pipeline of future leaders to meet our long-term needs.
  • Leadership Development & Coaching: Coach senior stakeholders to boost their leadership capabilities and cascade P&C leadership programs across the business. You’ll be the go-to for supporting growth and development across all levels within your client group.
  • Supporting Day-to-Day People Requirements: From compliance to safety and well-being programs, you’ll ensure the company’s people needs are met, and you'll be involved in key people projects as required including supporting EBA negotiations with our major DCs.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 8+ years in a P&C business partnering role, ideally in retail or wholesale businesses.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of talent management, change management, employee relations and performance management; understanding of EBAs.
  • Skills: Commercially savvy, a strong influencer, and know how to drive results while managing relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of organizational design and operating models.
  • Leadership: Experience coaching leaders, creating a high-performance culture, and supporting business outcomes through people initiatives.
