Project and Procurement Coordinator

Due to growth we are looking to hire a Project and Procurement Coordinator with experience in retail fit out, to support the delivery of store conversion/integration projects. Working closely with the Procurement Manager you will co-ordinate and assist with all aspects of procurement to support the development and delivery of our store refurbishment program.


What you’ll do


  • Interpret fixture, fittings, Joinery & Signage from technical drawings (CAD plans)
  • Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders and align to capex agreement
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure deliveries arrive on site as required
  • Effectively communicate the procurement status of all projects to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Do what it takes to help deliver great retail & trade environments that provide commercial success, and that are focused on an outstanding Consumer Driven Experience


What you’ll bring


  • An understanding of retail shop fixtures and or joinery
  • Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
  • Strong administration skills – organised, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong MS Office including MS Excel
