About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Private Label team, supporting the development of products that customers actually want to buy, and stores are proud to stock.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved across the full product journey, from early concepts and supplier conversations through to launch and in‑market performance. You’ll work closely with Design, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality teams, gaining real exposure to how private label products are built, launched and optimised at scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Bring new private label products to life - from idea through to launch
  • Research specifications, market, consumer and competitor insights to support range and product decisions
  • Analyse large datasets to support recommendationsManage product data across systems so everything is accurate and launch‑ready on time
  • Support pricing, promotions and performance reporting to drive strong commercial outcomes
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Work with Marketing and Design on packaging, launches and in‑store execution
  • Partnering with Supply Chain and Quality teams to ensure products meet compliance and performance standards
  • Gathering feedback from stores and using it to improve products over time

 

You’re likely a match if you have

  • Experience in product management, category, or a commercial support role
  • A solid understanding of how products move from development to launch and beyond
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Commercial awareness, with exposure to pricing, margins or forecasting
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with teams like Marketing, Supply Chain or Design
  • Confidence working with product data, systems or reporting tools
  • A curious mindset and an interest in innovation and sustainability
