About the opportunity
The National Store Development team are on the lookout for the next amazing Project Account Coordinator. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the financial progress of projects, investigating variances, coding and processing of invoices and assisting with vendor queries. This position assists with compliance of project financial and administrative processes and is a key player in the evolution of new initiatives to support our store projects and our project teams.
Let's talk about you
- Perform primary Accounts Receivable and Payable function for store projects.
- Prepare and submit project code applications
- Responsible for preparing reconciliation reports, investigating project variances and arranging for the close out of project financial accounts upon project completion.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Store Project CAPEX Model and the preparation of CAPEX budgets for new store projects.
- Liaise with vendors and accounts payable teams regarding unpaid invoices and other vendor queries.
- Arrange for the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts, store reimbursements and on charging of goods or services.
- Maintain project invoicing and financial records.
- Assist with the implementation and management of financial processes and templates including new initiatives for current systems.
- Assist the wider National Store Development Team in providing project administration support and other activities as required
- Provide support as required in the maintenance of other information databases such as Improvement Registers, Project Tools and Template Library on the Intranet etc.
You’re Likely a Match If You have
- This role requires experience with financial metrics such as calculating project balances, budget vs. actual costs, expense assignments, identifying variances etc.
- Sound administration skill set and experience with accounts payable/receivable is a must together with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management - able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
- Strong Administration back ground
