About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to “hold the fort” for our National Support Office. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you are the face of our organisation and this role is key to creating a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth office operations.

You’ll manage reception duties, mailroom, coordinate meetings and travel when required, and assist with office services and events. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help keep everything running efficiently.

This is a full-time, 5-day role requiring on-site presence due to the nature of the position.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome visitors and manage calls
• Maintain reception and common areas
• Handle mail and courier coordination
• Manage meeting and boardroom bookings
• Order and track office and kitchen supplies
• Assist with catering and event setup
• Coordinate travel and accommodation
• Support office services and admin tasks

You’re likely a match if you are/have:

• Strong customer service and admin skills
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional, discreet, and proactive approach
• Experience with reception or office coordination preferred
