About the Opportunity
Fantastic opportunity to provide administrative support to the internal SHE team (including General Manager SHE, and wider SHE Leadership Team).

In this Role 
•    Provide proactive diary and meeting management, coordinating internal/external appointments, preparing agendas, arranging catering, and accurately recording minutes and actions.
•    Coordinate travel, accommodation and event logistics for the SHE Team, ensuring compliance with Metcash Travel Policy and professional delivery of all team events.
•    Manage team administration and financial processes, including expenses, invoice and purchase order processing, budget tracking, document formatting, correspondence and supplies.
•    Support communication activities, including creating and posting ‘Our Local’ updates, distributing the SHE Monthly Newsletter, and maintaining email distribution lists.
•    Assist with SHE initiatives and events, such as RUOK? Day and Stop for Safety Day, including venue sourcing, catering, invite management and adherence to budget and guidelines.
•    Support Injury Management and onboarding processes, including lodging claims, maintaining records, managing training schedules, supporting Return to Work programs, and coordinating full induction schedules for new team members.

You’re Likely a Match If 
•    Previous experience in similar support role
•    Exceptional attention to detail with consistently accurate work.
•    Strong organisation and time management, able to juggle multiple priorities.
•    Stakeholder support capability, working confidently with diverse teams.
•    Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
•    Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
•    Analytical, solution focused mindset with strong problem solving skills.
•    Adaptable, proactive and efficient, responding well to change.
•    Professional, reliable and relationship focused, with a customer centric approach.
