About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an organised and driven National Signage Coordinator to support the delivery of signage at a national level at our Huntingwood site. Working across multiple teams and stakeholders, you’ll coordinate signage activity end‑to‑end, keeping projects on track and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across all pillars.

In this Role
- Coordinate the national delivery of ongoing signage programs across all pillars, working closely with Pillar Project Managers from initiation through to completion, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met
- Act as the central coordination point between state-based teams, internal Metcash stakeholders, retailers, and external contractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution
- Develop, manage, and track detailed signage budgets for each site, monitoring costs, investigating variations, and ensuring Metcash is only charged for approved and relevant expenses
- Maintain accurate project records, databases, and reporting tools, including Monday.com dashboards, Salesforce, and master project reporting programs, providing administrative and reporting support to the broader team
- Coordinate and review signage montages, quotes, and Bills of Quantities, ensuring all submissions align with the approved scope, tendered pricing, and brand standards
- Manage all required approvals and compliance activities, including landlord approvals, permits, and Development Applications, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders where required
- Support project delivery and close‑out by overseeing installation quality, identifying defects, ensuring issues are resolved through agreed processes, and contributing to continuous improvement across national signage programs
You’re Likely a Match If
- Experience using project or task‑management tools (such as Monday.com) to track work and deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive, to manage documents and information.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel for everyday tasks such as formulas, basic data analysis, and reports
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work clearly and professionally with a range of people, both internally and externally
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet competing deadlines
- Previous experience in a coordination or administration role, with the ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
