What you’ll do
• Process accurate and timely weekly and monthly payroll across multiple business divisions
• Apply awards, enterprise agreements, employment contracts and legislative requirements to payroll processing
• Ensure timesheets, payroll changes and supporting documentation are received and actioned before payroll close
• Maintain accurate employee, pay and leave records across payroll and HRIS systems
• Calculate and process termination payments and prepare statutory documentation
• Respond to payroll enquiries and prepare payroll management and statutory reports
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years’ end to end payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, industrial awards and enterprise agreements
• Experience using payroll and HRIS systems (CHRIS21, Kronos and/or PageUp highly regarded)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Intermediate to strong PC skills, including Excel and Word
