About the Opportunity

We're looking for an energetic, organised and customer-focused professional who loves creating exceptional experiences. As the first point of contact for our employees, customers and visitors, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our workplace runs seamlessly while creating a welcoming environment where people enjoy coming to work.

No two days are the same. From greeting visitors and coordinating meeting spaces to supporting workplace events, facilities and office operations, you'll be at the centre of keeping our office connected, organised and running at its best.

In this Role, You Will:

• Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality and workplace facilities.
• Manage mail, couriers, office supplies and day-to-day office administration.
• Support workplace events, employee engagement initiatives and site activities.
• Assist with office access, onboarding activities, workplace safety and sustainability programs.
• Build strong relationships with employees, suppliers and service providers to deliver an outstanding workplace experience.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Reception, Workplace Experience, Office Coordination or Facilities.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, approachable and solutions-focused.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
