About the Opportunity

Join us at our Huntingwood Distribution Centre as a Retail Supply Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in driving profitable sales to independent retailers across Australia. From executing volume initiatives like trade shows and supplier orders, to managing smooth inbound stock flow into our DCs, you’ll be at the heart of our supply operations.

In this Role

• Coordinate Turn-In Orders with retailers, suppliers, and supply planning, and upload into Metcash’s B2B systems
• Review and manage stock allocations to support major promotions, new product launches, and key retail events
• Clear aged and short-coded stock in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, minimising EBIT impact
• Plan and allocate trade show stock with Supply, Buying, and Trading teams, including managing shortages and store changes
• Respond to retailer supply queries with timely and effective communication
• Integrate promotional plans from customers into Metcash’s replenishment systems
• Manage orders for state-based suppliers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supply timelines
• Coordinate inbound bookings with suppliers and transport partners, aligned with Distribution Centre capacity and planning requirements

You’re Likely a Match If  

• Proven experience in FMCG, supply chain, inventory planning, or retail logistics
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
• A sharp analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and planning tools
• Background in customer relationship management or stakeholder coordination is highly regarded
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
