About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive State Sales Coordinator to support our Head of Sales and broader sales leadership team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations through expert administrative support, coordination, and communication across the Food pillar.

In this Role

• Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Sales
• Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and prioritise workflow
• Organise travel, accommodation, and event catering
• Maintain efficient office systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Prepare invoices, manage supplies, and track mail
• Record meeting minutes with clear actions and follow-ups
• Generate reports and collate data for operational planning 
• Support seasonal events such as Expo and Easter

You’re Likely a Match If

• Have strong administrative and secretarial skills
• Are digitally savvy with high computer proficiency
• Understand office systems and procedures
• Have experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
• Can manage confidential information with discretion
• Are highly organised with excellent time management
• Communicate professionally and work collaboratively
