About the Opportunity


We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our Superior Food Services shipping team.   This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Ingleburn. Due to the nature of the operation, occasional weekend work may be required to support business and customer needs

 

In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting both sales and operational functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate order processing, and seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, sales teams, and warehouse operations. You'll be a key contributor to delivering outstanding service experiences while helping drive operational efficiency and business growth.

 

In this Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer enquiries
  • Process orders and ensure accuracy across systems and documentation
  • Support sales teams with quotations, reporting, and customer insights
  • Coordinate activities between purchasing, warehouse, transport, and sales teams
  • Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and order fulfilment requirements
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP data
  • Prepare operational and sales reports
  • Develop strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Support compliance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or operations coordination
  • Experience within the shipping, food service, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or logistics industries will be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • A genuine commitment to delivering quality customer outcomes
