About the ROLE

Based out of our new Laverton Trade Centre, Mitre 10 is seeking a ‘mighty helpful’ team member to provide administration support to our Trade Account Team.

Trade Account Manager Support:

• Day to day admin support to sales team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Creation of customer/builder quotes and sales orders 
• Conversion of quotes to sales orders
• Order scheduling for delivery
• Data maintenance and system support 
• Send plans to Estim8 and manage process
• Providing excellent service to our internal and external customers

Suppliers/Purchasing

• Liaise with suppliers with regards to special and 'direct to store' orders
• Work with Store Managers and key stakeholders to ensure correct and timely receipting processes
• Invoicing of ‘Special Order/DTS’ products
