About the role

Mitre 10 Leongatha is seeking an outgoing individual to join the team as a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant.

This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships.

This role is a full-time role rostering from Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing;

• Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter
• Processing sales through our POS system
• Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders
• Keeping the front-of-store area neat, organised, and well-stocked
• Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service

What you will bring;

• Proficient in computer skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Passionate about delivery exceptional customer service
