About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, future-focused Account Manager to lead a portfolio of independent retailers. You’ll be the trusted advisor and primary relationship lead, delivering sustainable growth, commercial outcomes, and long-term customer success.

In this Role

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Drive commercial outcomes and profitability
• Provide advisory support across store operations
• Champion merchandising, campaigns, and digital initiatives
• Lead customer participation in community and sustainability programs
• Ensure compliance with Channel Standards, OEP, FSA, and legislation
• Partner across teams to deliver holistic customer support

You’re Likely a Match If

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
• Experience with multi-site or franchise retailers
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Knowledge of retail operations and store economics
• Strategic relationship management and influencing skills
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
