About the Opportunity
We have a 6‑month fixed‑term opportunity for a Digital Program Coordinator (eCommerce & Loyalty) based at our Macquarie Park office. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, this role supports retailers and shoppers across our Cellarbrations, The Bottle‑O, Porters Liquor and IGA Liquor B2C digital platforms. You’ll ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple digital tools, combining customer service, operational coordination and technical troubleshooting. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment.
In this Role
- Partner with Category and promotional teams to coordinate and support implementation of pricing (base and promotional periods) across various digital platforms.
- Validate pricing and product accuracy through digital QA processes, ensure Key Retail Range and price are aligning with brand and platform standards.
- Support retailer onboarding, account set-up, and confirmation of go-live status where required.
- Resolve shopper and retailer enquiries across technical, promotional, and platform issues through multiple support channels (live chat, phone, and email), delivering clear guidance, timely resolutions, and consistent outcomes.
- Manage conflict resolution with a calm, customer-first approach, escalating issues appropriately and following through to completion.
- Maintain digital content and structure, including promotional content coordination and product taxonomy/updates (product and price maintenance).
- Maintain platform operations hygiene, ensuring order administration and inbox queues remain current within 24 hours (or agreed SLA).
You’re Likely a Match If
- HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge.
- Experience managing content via eCommerce platforms
- Experience working in a customer support, operations, or digital coordination role (retail/eCommerce strongly regarded).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to support shoppers, retailers, and internal teams professionally.
- Confident troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and communicate and document solutions clearly.
- Experience using Zendesk (or similar customer support platform).
