About the Opportunity 
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Integration Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Application Integration team. Your role will lead the design, development, deployment and operation of integration solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. 
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our strategic transformation efforts by enabling seamless integration of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. 

In this Role 
•    Lead the architecture and design of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (such as Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management), or integration technologies as required
•    Develop strategies and patterns for integrating cloud and on-premises systems, applications, and data sources across diverse environments (cloud, hybrid, and on-premises)
•    Contribute to the Integration Strategic Roadmap and support its delivery with the wider Metcash IT 
•    Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to deliver integration solutions 
•    Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery of integration solutions
•    Ensure integration solutions are delivered leveraging Azure best practice, optimised for performance, cost, scalability, security and observability requirements 
•    Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical designs, and integration patterns 
•    Champion API productisation within integration practice, ensuring these are discoverable, easily consumed and delivered with a product mindset 
•    Review analysis and documentation of the current technology landscape, detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement 
•    Stay up to date with the latest Azure integration capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts 

You’re Likely a Match If 
•    Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, system analysis or a related study, (or equivalent experience)
•    5+ years of integration architecture experience
•    Minimum 2+ years' experience in developing integrations leveraging Azure Integration Services 
•    Proven experience in Architecture, Design and Development, integrating both cloud-based and on-premise solutions 
•    Expertise in RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML for data exchange between systems
•    Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) such as Terraform or Bicep 
•    Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in Azure
•    Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation in the context of integration, including Azure DevOps 
•    Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills  

The following skills are highly regarded, but not essential;
•    Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate or other relevant Microsoft Certification(s), or other relevant integration certifications
•    Experience in implementing and maintaining Observability and Monitoring frameworks and tooling, using metrics, tracing and logging 
•    D365 F&O Integration experience, including balance between best practice and pragmatic implementation approaches / solutions 
•    Experience working with cloud data sources
