About the Opportunity
As Business Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening core Food functions through the design, delivery, and integration of technology-enabled solutions that drive performance, enable growth, and support strategic transformation for our business, customers, and suppliers.
In this Role
• Lead the strategy and continuous improvement of Merchandise systems and processes, owning the solution landscape to ensure alignment, integration, and optimisation across the enterprise
• Translate business needs into solution roadmaps and capability requirements, managing delivery from concept through to operationalisation
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and optimisation across the Merchandise lifecycle
• Drive readiness and transition planning to minimise disruption and maximise value through the Horizon deployment
• Leverage data and analytics to assess solution effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Collaborate across business pillars to harness collective strengths, drive synergies, and deliver high-impact transformational opportunities
You’re Likely a Match If
• Proven experience leading business transformation or solution delivery within a retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused environment
• Deep understanding of core Merchandise functions: range planning, assortment optimisation, pricing & promotions, and merchandise planning
• Demonstrated success in implementing or optimising enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, merchandising, or planning solutions)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience in driving organisational change
• Strategic thinker with an end-to-end process mindset, capable of aligning data practices with business goals
