About the role:

Join our Robotic Process Automation / TM1 team and help make your colleagues jobs easier! As a Business Analyst you will be simplifying and automating processes across the business by removing mundane, repetitive tasks. So far we have saved over 100 overtime hours each month, sped up processes for our suppliers and retailers and saved over $1m in transaction processing. What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with team members to provide RPA learnings, coaching and mentoring
  • Run workshops with process owners/stakeholders SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying potential changes to generate efficiencies, identify any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation both robotic (RPA) and other
  • Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
  • Be involved in all process automation activities from the initial prioritization, development and testing through implementation and continuous improvement
  • Build, review, and own Process Definition Documentation
  • Build, review, and own test plans and test cases, facilitate the gathering of test data
  • Provide direction and advice to support the team in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents in order to return the service to business users as soon as possible. 
  • Work with Delivery Solution Leader design and implement Operational Support model for RPA solutions
  • Provide leadership in Problem Management to ensure the recurrence of incidents is reduced and the impact is minimised.


What you'll bring:

  • Business and process analysis expertise using a number of business analysis methods, frameworks and procedures
  • Experience of working on projects using automation and robotic tools such as Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/UiPath/Open Span
  • Experienced with UiPath of offerings across basic automation to machine learning and cognitive RPA capabilities across client projects
  • Leveraged Customer Experience centric approaches such as journey maps, pain point identification and moments of truth to drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience in RPA / automation assessment work to drive key automation outcomes
  • Visio or similar workflow documentation tool
  • Experience with agile development methodology (desirable)
  • Demonstrated application of BA practices within an agile environment (desirable)
  • Degree or higher is BBusiness or IT (desirable)
  • Project management experience a plus!
