About the Opportunity
This is a high‑impact Campaign Executive role for someone who loves turning data into growth. You’ll own lifecycle and trade activation campaigns end‑to‑end - from strategy and journey design to in‑flight optimisation and commercial results.
This isn’t an asset production role. With creative handled by specialist teams, you’ll focus on campaign intent, smart orchestration and impact, using tools like Braze and Segment across eCommerce and loyalty.

What you’ll do
- Identify and activate growth opportunities using customer, transaction and campaign data — setting clear intent, objectives, hypotheses and success measures.
- Design and own end‑to‑end lifecycle and trade journeys in Braze and Segment (or equivalent), covering audiences, eligibility, suppressions, contact rules and channel sequencing.
- Lead execution through partners, briefing Studio, agencies and internal teams with clear mechanics, guardrails and performance expectations.
- Optimise and own performance end‑to‑end, improving results in‑flight and translating outcomes into insights that shape future campaign strategy.
What you’ll bring
- End‑to‑end lifecycle and campaign ownership, with the strategic mindset to move beyond execution into decision‑led optimisation.
- Data‑driven growth expertise, using customer and transaction insights to shape campaign direction and commercial impact.
- Strong journey design and Martech capability, with hands‑on experience building and optimising campaigns in Braze, Segment (or similar platforms).
- Commercial and ownership mindset, combining sharp analytics, experimentation and stakeholder influence to deliver measurable results.
