About the Opportunity 

At Metcashwe’re powering independent retailers and helping communities thrive across Australia. As our Retail Media Network continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-driven Campaign Specialist to support the delivery of high-performing campaigns across Food, Liquor, IHG and Total Tools.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the end-to-end execution of campaigns across owned and paid channels, working closely with Campaign Managers, Designers and key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time and delivered to a high standard. 

You’ll be responsible for campaign builds, platform setup, asset management and quality assurance, ensuring all elements align with booking details and brand requirements. You will also support campaign pacing, basic optimisation and reporting preparation, helping campaigns run smoothly from build through to completion. 

This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a strong focus on accuracy and delivery. 

 

In this Role, You Will: 

  • Support Campaign Managers in the end-to-end setup and execution of Retail Media campaigns across multiple channels and platforms 

  • Execute campaigns across platforms such as Braze and Broadsign CMS, ensuring all assets, content and campaign elements are accurate, complete and launch-ready 

  • Maintain campaign documentation, templates and execution checklists to support operational consistency and delivery standards 

  • Support quality-focused execution by identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for process improvement, contributing to efficient campaign workflows 

  • Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Designers and key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and clear communication across campaigns 

  • Support the planning and deployment of LocalEyes LinkedIn content 

 

You’ll bring: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing, campaign or media role  

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, media or marketing-driven environments  

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills  

  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of accountability  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • An understanding of audiences, creative content and campaign execution  

  • Experience with Salesforce, Braze, Broadsign CMS or similar content management platforms (highly desirable)  

  • Experience managing website or social media content (desirable)
