What you’ll do
•    Own accountability for business readiness, adoption and change success across enterprise transformation initiatives
•    Lead end to end change, communication and capability approaches aligned to operational realities
•    Define readiness and adoption criteria and assess whether leaders, teams and sites are ready for change
•    Identify, escalate and actively mitigate readiness, capability and adoption risks
•    Translate complex system and process changes into clear, practical and decision ready communications
•    Enable People & Culture Business Partners to confidently lead local change and implementation
•    Lead go live and post go live people and adoption activities, driving reinforcement where required

What you’ll bring
•    Proven experience leading enterprise change, communication and capability initiatives
•    Demonstrated accountability for driving readiness and adoption outcomes
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with operational leaders and P&C partners
•    Ability to translate complex change into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
•    Strong judgement, organisation skills and delivery focus
•    Experience with large scale system or process implementations (desirable)
•    Exposure to HR systems, payroll or workforce processes (desirable)
