We’re on the lookout for a Change Specialist who’s passionate about making transformation stick – not just on paper, but in hearts, minds, and behaviours. If you love engaging people, designing intuitive change strategies, and building capability that lasts, this role is for you.

It’s a 12 months Fixed-term role.

 

In this Role

  • Champion and implement change management strategies aligned with the Metcash Delivery Success Method
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders – from executive sponsors to frontline teams and suppliers
  • Assess change impacts, business readiness and risks, then turn insights into action
  • Design and deliver targeted communications that cut through complexity and inspire confidence
  • Develop and facilitate fit-for-purpose training and learning experiences
  • Monitor adoption, measure effectiveness and embed sustainable change practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and business continuity

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in change management (bonus points if it’s within ERP or system transformation projects)
  • Formal change management qualification or accreditation (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
  • Strong communication skills – you can write, speak, and present with clarity and impact
  • A natural collaborator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter with the curiosity to ask “why?” and the initiative to find the “how”
  • Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple priorities with ease
